Lumalive fabrics feature flexible arrays of colored light-emitting diodes (LEDs) fully integrated into the fabric - without compromising the softness or flexibility of the cloth. These light emitting textiles make it possible to create materials that can carry dynamic messages, graphics or multicolored surfaces. Fabrics like drapes, cushions or sofa coverings become active when they illuminate in order to enhance the observer’s mood and positively influence his/her behavior.
iNSTANT eGO is a concept dwelling that allows the emergence of intimate electronic space in the middle of the urban public space. Plugged to clothing, iNSTANT eGO is an inflatable cluster of intelligent tissue folded over, waiting to be unfolded. The flexible space starts out like a hood in a raincoat and it can expand to swallow the user as a whole. Once s/he is inside, the user sees the confined space becoming infinite through the boundless realm of virtual reality projected onto the inner skin of the structure. The user can then travel into this infinite space by using electronic sensors that manipulate the projected images.

Japanese for “mobile phone girl”, presents futuristic images of human beings who have implanted electronic communication devices all over the body. The work is inspired by the Japanese mobile phone phenomenon; you can do almost everything you require for living with a mobile phone. It's radically changed the way people communication. Keitai Girl has several interactive electronics features and sound effects. They dance ParaPara with an original Eurobeat.
As often happens, the best inventions are the result of synergy and collaboration between fields very far each other; this is what happened to Luminex. The idea was to “weave the light” with optic fibres. Luminex combines technology and electronics with fabrics, using high efficient LEDs to spread light safely at very low voltages (3,6V). Powered via a commercial battery at 9V or with cells used in the mobile telephony technology, small rechargeable batteries with a duration of 7-8 hours.
